Well I'm all settled into my new townhouse with my husband and working on putting all of our stuff in order. We've been very busy buying new things and working on getting the things we need like a new mattress and lamps and cellphones.

The wedding was absolutely beautiful, and went without so much as a glitch. Now to start looking for a job of sorts. I've been looking into the Mayo Clinic here in Rochester, but most of the jobs require something other than the degree area that I hold, which is General Biology. The thing with the degree in general biology is that it was more flexible for me to take the courses I was interested in: Ecology, Wetlands, Botany, Plant Taxonomy, and the like. I would have liked the plant science concentration but I didn't think I could swing the advanced biochemistry (since I got D's in both of my Organic Chemistry Lectures, though I did get B's in my Labs). So this has kinda left me in kind of a rut, but my hubby has been really supportive and is helping me the best that he can.

I guess it doesn't matter too much what kind of job that I get, as long as he is happy with his job at Hitachi and I can pay my monthly statements on my student loans.

Anyway hopefully I'll have something to contribute to DeviantART once I finally get things arranged and in full swing.
